A waterless aroma diffuser spreads pure fragrance oil with cold air. There is no water tank, nothing is heated and there is no flame. The result is the kind of scent you notice in the lobby of a good hotel: clear, even and exactly as strong as you want it. The Pure One aroma diffuser by Pip & Wells works on this principle and is designed for rooms up to approximately 100 m².

How a waterless aroma diffuser works

You screw a bottle of fragrance oil directly into the diffuser. A small air pump moves air past the oil and atomises it into very fine, dry particles. Those particles stay in the air for a long time and spread through the room without leaving damp residue on furniture. The intensity setting decides how much scent the room receives: low for a subtle background, higher for a large living room or open-plan kitchen.

Which rooms suit a waterless diffuser?

A waterless aroma diffuser works best in the rooms where you arrive and spend your time: the hallway, the living room and an open-plan kitchen. Place it in the open rather than tucked inside a cabinet, so the air can carry the scent. For a large living room or a well-ventilated space, turn the intensity up. For very large or open spaces, see our diffusers for large rooms.

How long does a bottle of fragrance oil last?

A 120 ml bottle lasts approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on the intensity and how many hours a day the diffuser runs. To change scent, simply screw in a different bottle. Do not pour fragrance oil into another bottle: this keeps scents from mixing. Choose your next scent from our fragrance oils for diffusers.

Warranty and returns

The Pure One aroma diffuser comes with a 1-year Pip & Wells warranty, and you have 14 days to return your order. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance oils cannot be returned. Frequently asked questions

Do I need to add water?

No. You screw the bottle of fragrance oil directly into the diffuser. There is no water tank to fill or clean.

Does a waterless diffuser use a flame or heat?

No. A waterless diffuser uses no open flame and does not heat the fragrance oil. Always follow the product manual for placement, settings and use.

What is the difference from an ultrasonic diffuser?

An ultrasonic diffuser mixes a few drops of oil with water and releases a damp mist. A waterless diffuser releases pure oil, so the scent is fuller and fills a larger room.

How large a room can it scent?

The Pure One aroma diffuser suits rooms up to approximately 100 m². Layout, ceiling height and ventilation decide how much intensity you need.

How long does a 120 ml bottle last?

Approximately 2 to 4 months per bottle, depending on intensity and daily hours of use.

What warranty do I get?
