Processing and delivery

The estimated delivery times below include order processing and transport, counted from ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For orders placed on a non-business day, processing starts on the next business day.

Estimated total delivery time

Netherlands: 2 business days.
Belgium: 2–3 business days.
Germany and France: 3–4 business days.
Other European destinations we deliver to: 3–5 business days.
United Kingdom: 4–6 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

During busy periods, public holidays, customs processing or carrier delays, delivery can take longer.

Shipping Costs

Orders of €75 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency) ship free. Standard shipping charges apply to smaller orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
