What is inside a diffuser gift set?
Each set is a complete first setup: the Pure One aroma diffuser, three 120 ml fragrance oils (The One, Day Dream and Ocean Breeze), a USB-C power adapter and a quick-start guide. The diffuser works with cold air, so there is no water, no heat and no flame, and it suits rooms up to approximately 100 m². Each bottle lasts approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on the intensity and daily hours of use.

Do I need to add water?
No. The diffuser uses compatible fragrance oil without added water. Follow the included instructions for fitting the bottle, powering the device and setting the intensity.
How is this different from a fragrance oil gift set?
A diffuser gift set includes the device. A fragrance oil gift set contains oils only and requires a compatible diffuser that is bought separately or already owned.
Is the diffuser gift set covered by a warranty?
Yes. The Pure One aroma diffuser comes with a 1-year Pip & Wells warranty and you have 14 days to return it. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance oils cannot be returned.
