Processing and delivery
The estimated delivery times below include order processing and transport, counted from ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For orders placed on a non-business day, processing starts on the next business day.
Estimated total delivery time
- Netherlands: 2 business days.
- Belgium: 2–3 business days.
- Germany and France: 3–4 business days.
- Other European destinations we deliver to: 3–5 business days.
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
During busy periods, public holidays, customs processing or carrier delays, delivery can take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders of €75 or more (or the local-currency equivalent). Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
