How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery to the Netherlands is usually next day. Belgium takes 1 to 2 days. Most EU countries take 2 to 4 days. UK delivery takes 3 to 5 days.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the product is unused, complete and meets our return conditions.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The Pure One diffuser comes with a 3 year warranty.
