The Pip & Wells Pure One Aroma Diffuser Set is designed to create a luxury hotel atmosphere at home within seconds.

Yes. The Pure One Aroma Diffuser works completely without water. The fragrance oil is not diluted, so the scent remains pure, intense and true to its original composition.

No. The Pure One Aroma Diffuser is designed for quiet use, with at most a soft hum. Most customers say they forget it is on.

The Pure One Aroma Diffuser is designed for spaces up to approximately 100 m2. For very large or open spaces, placing two units on opposite sides of the room gives the best result.

Yes. The Pure One Aroma Diffuser is cordless and rechargeable. It comes with a USB-C charging cable, making it easy to charge and move between rooms.

The included remote control lets you operate the Pure One Aroma Diffuser from a distance. You can set the diffuser to 1, 4 or 8 hours, depending on the moment and the size of the room.

The Pure One Aroma Diffuser is available in two elegant finishes: Matte Black and Matte Silver.

Yes. The Pure One Aroma Diffuser is designed for daily use. Use the timer to create a consistent scent experience and to extend the life of your fragrance oil.

The usage time depends on the room size, timer setting and how often you use the diffuser.

Yes. Pip & Wells fragrance oils are developed for a pure, refined and comfortable scent experience at home. Always use the oils as instructed.

For the best performance and to protect the diffuser, we recommend using Pip & Wells fragrance oils. Oils with the wrong thickness or composition can affect the diffusion quality or damage the device.

Orders are usually processed within one business day. During busy periods, processing can take slightly longer.

Email us as soon as possible at info@pipwells.com with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

In most cases, all items in your order are shipped together in one package.

If an item in your order is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you by email with the available options.

Shipping is free for orders from EUR 50. For orders below EUR 50, shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.

• Netherlands: usually 1 business day after shipment.
• Belgium: usually 1 to 2 business days after shipment.
• Germany and France: usually 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
• Rest of Europe: usually 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
• United Kingdom: usually 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, holidays or carrier delays.

We currently ship within Europe. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also use the order tracking link in the store menu.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Contact us at info@pipwells.com to arrange a return.

Products must be unused, complete and returned in the original packaging. Opened or used fragrance oils may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

The Pure One Aroma Diffuser comes with a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by dropping, liquids, unsuitable oils, incorrect use or normal wear is not covered.
