Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: usually 1 business day after shipment.
- Belgium: usually 1 to 2 business days after shipment.
- Germany and France: usually 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
- Rest of Europe: usually 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
- United Kingdom: usually 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Customs handling may affect delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Free shipping applies to orders from EUR 50. For orders below EUR 50, shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
