Our goal is that you are happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.
Return period
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, complete and returned in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance oils may not be eligible for return when the seal has been broken after delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to start a return
Email info@pipwells.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you the next steps.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will look for the best solution.
