Products
We do our best to show and describe our products clearly. Small differences in colour, packaging or scent experience can occur.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you if information is missing or if there is an issue with payment, stock or delivery.
Returns and withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to request withdrawal within 14 days after receiving an eligible order. Products must be unused, complete and returned in the original packaging. Opened or used fragrance oils may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons when the seal has been broken.
Warranty
The Pure One Aroma Diffuser includes a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect use, dropping, liquids, poor maintenance, normal wear or unsuitable oils is not covered.
Liability
Pip & Wells is not liable for indirect damage or consequential loss caused by use of our products. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, product descriptions and brand elements on pipandwells.com belong to Pip & Wells or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
