These terms apply to purchases through the Pip & Wells online storefronts. The terms and any more favourable promises made when you placed your order remain applicable to that purchase.

Products
We do our best to show and describe our products clearly. Small differences in colour, packaging or scent experience can occur. This does not affect your right to goods that match their description and the agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected storefront. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place your order. We will not change the agreed price of an existing order without your agreement.
Orders and delivery
After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you if information is missing or if there is an issue with payment, stock or delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing, delivery estimates and shipping costs.
Returns and withdrawal
You may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day of receipt, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. The direct return cost is yours if you change your mind. We cover necessary return costs for goods that are incorrect, damaged or faulty where we are legally responsible. See our Return & Refund Policy for conditions, refunds and the model withdrawal form. Statutory rights, including any longer applicable period, are preserved.
Pip & Wells warranty
The Pure One Aroma Diffuser comes with a 1-year Pip & Wells commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects, starting on delivery. This applies to new purchases under these updated terms, including the diffuser supplied in a set. We arrange repair or replacement without charge for a covered defect; where these remedies are unavailable or inappropriate, we provide the remedy required by law.
Damage caused by incorrect use, dropping, liquid damage, inadequate maintenance or unsuitable oils, and normal wear, is not covered by this commercial warranty. An unrelated issue or the mere use of another brand of oil does not automatically remove your rights.
Contact info@pipandwells.com with your purchase details and a description of the problem. This warranty is provided by Pip & Wells at the address above for purchases through our online storefronts. It does not limit statutory rights, which may last longer. Any longer warranty promised at the time of purchase remains valid.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for defective products, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, product descriptions and brand elements on our website belong to Pip & Wells or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Consumers living in another country also retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable in their country of habitual residence.
