EU customers may use this page to request withdrawal from an eligible purchase within the applicable cooling-off period.
Cooling-off period
You can request withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. Products must be unused, complete and returned in the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
How to request withdrawal
Email info@pipwells.com with your name, address, order number, product name and the date you received the order.

You may use this text in your email:
I hereby inform Pip & Wells that I withdraw from my purchase agreement for the following item(s): [product name]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Order number: [order number].
After your request
We will reply with the return instructions. After receiving and checking the returned item, we will process any approved refund to the original payment method.
