Does every diffuser include fragrance oil?
No. Standalone diffusers and sets are listed separately. Choose a diffuser gift set for a device with fragrance oils, and check its product page for the exact contents.
Do I need to add water?
No. Pip & Wells diffusers use compatible fragrance oil directly, so there is no water tank to refill. Follow the product instructions for setup and cleaning.
How large a room can it scent?
The diffuser is designed for spaces up to approximately 100 m². Room layout, airflow and the intensity setting affect scent distribution.
How long will a fragrance oil bottle last?
Bottle life depends on the intensity setting and daily hours of use. Using a higher intensity or running the diffuser for longer uses more oil.
