Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. EU customers may also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, also known as the cooling-off period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, complete and returned in the original packaging. You may need to provide proof of purchase.

Opened or used fragrance oils may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Email info@pipandwells.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable where permitted by law.
