How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery timing depends on destination and availability. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery information. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery if you wish to withdraw, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay return postage when you change your mind; we cover necessary return costs for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods covered by your rights. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; excessive handling may reduce your refund. See our Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Is there a warranty?
The Pure One includes a 1-year Pip & Wells warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on delivery. Damage caused by unsuitable oils, liquids, drops, incorrect use or normal wear is not covered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any longer warranty promised when you purchased remains valid.
How does the diffuser work?
The diffuser uses waterless cold air diffusion. No water is needed. Simply add the fragrance oil, switch it on and enjoy a refined hotel scent at home.
Is it easy to use?
Yes. You can easily adjust the scent intensity and timer settings with the remote control.
Can I use it around children and pets?
Yes. Our fragrance oils are made for daily home use and are free from parabens, formaldehyde, color additives, synthetic dyes and preservatives. Always use the product as directed and keep fragrance oil out of reach of children and pets.
